The Four Points
Four threads run through everything I do. Pull on any one of them and you will find the other three.
I have studied on three continents and never stopped. Learning is not a phase of my life; it is how I move through it, in classrooms, in barracks, and on the mats.
Jiu jitsu is my laboratory. It is where I first studied trust, and where I still test everything I teach about leadership.
The Army taught me what leadership costs and what it is worth. I carry that standard into every classroom, boardroom, and training room.
I turn research on trust and dignity into practice: in lectures at St. Gallen, in corporate workshops, and in free jiu jitsu classes for refugees.
